First Floor: Open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room. French doors to balcony and sun deck with outside dining area. Utility Room. Snug. WC. Study area. Bedroom 4: King size (5ft) Bed with en-suite shower room.
Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: King size (5ft) bed with en-suite shower room, WC and twin basins. Bedroom 2: Double (4.5ft) bed with en-suite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 3: King size (5ft) bed. All with French doors onto garden terrace with sea views. Family bathroom: Bath, shower, WC and twin basins. Bunk Room: 2 x (3ft) Single bunk beds with desk and window with garden and sea views.
Garden: Accessed by steps from the ground floor terrace, first floor sun deck and balcony area. Steps from terrace to lawn are steep (not suitable for very young children). The garden is on two levels and there is a walled drop between the two so small children should be supervised at all times when in the garden.
Outside sun deck and dining area: This is accessed from the kitchen/living area or the front driveway. The dining area seats 8. There are also 2 sun loungers, 2 steamers and a garden bench.
